5. Job Advertisement for Private Sector/ For-Profit Entities

  • Starting from 15th of August For Profit/ Private Sector entities will be charged 15 USD per Job vacancy announcement/RFP/RFQ/EoI regardless of the duration or closing date of their job vacancy announcement.
  • For Profit/ Private Sector entities are requested to wire their advertisement fee in advance to the following Bank account:

  • For those companies which can not wire their fees, there is still the possibility to directly pay be cash to the finance department of ACBAR central office.
  • Due to ACBAR's New policy, it may take one or two days (maximum) for a job vacancy to appear on http://www.acbar.org

6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Afghanistan and users hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Afghanistan courts.
