Job Description:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other specialists to translate complex functionalities into user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.
- Design innovative UI elements and interactions that make Blissio a joy to use.
- Craft visually appealing and engaging screens that motivate users and celebrate their progress.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across all platforms (mobile app, web app.
- Conduct user research and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices in the digital wellbeing space.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design user-centered experiences for mobile applications (and web applications, if applicable).
- Experience designing for the health and wellness or mindfulness sectors is a plus.
- A passion for user-centered design and a deep understanding of user psychology.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A bonus if you have experience with prototyping tools and user testing methodologies.
