معلومات مختصر در مورد جمعیت هلال احمر افغانی سره میاشت 

جمعیت هلال احمر افغانستان که در سال 1934 تأسیس شد، یک نهاد مستقل و بشردوستانه است که توسط دولت افغانستان به عنوان یک نهادخیریه و بیطرف برای ادارات دولتی به رسمیت شناخته شده است. جمعیت هلال احمر افغانی سره میاشت نقش مهمی در ارائه خدمات رضاکارانه و کمک های بشری ایفاء میکند. بر اساس قانون و اساس نامه جمعیت ملی فعالیت های خویش  را مطابق با اصول هفت گانه خویش  بشردوستی، بی طرفی، استقلالیت، خدمات رضاکارانه، وحدت و جهان شمولیت غیر جانبداری انجام می دهد. از جمله، جمعیت ملی وظیفه دارد به جوامع آسیب دیده کمک کند، سرپناه اضطراری تهیه کند و اقلام امدادی را بین افراد آسیب پذیر توزیع کند. جمعیت هلال احمر از طریق شبکه ای متشکل از 7 زون ساحوی و 34 نمایندگی در ولایات میباشدکه بیش از 20000 کارمند و رضاکار آموزش دیده،با همکاری سازمان های ملی و بین المللی با در سطح کشور برای کاهش الارم بشری در طول دهه‌های گذشته، جمعیت هلال احمر افغانی سره میاشت موفق شده است که بی‌طرفی خویش را حفظ کند و از پذیرشی برخوردار است که تیم‌هایش را قادر می‌سازد تا اقدامات بشردوستانه اصولی را در سراسر خطوط درگیری، از جمله در بخش‌های بزرگی از مناطق تحت کنترل گروه‌های مخالف مسلح، انجام دهند. با حمایت شرکای خود مانند اداره محترم - فدراسیون بین المللی صلیب سرخ (IFRC)، کمیته بین المللی صلیب سرخ (ICRC)  و دیگر شرکای خویش تقویت میگردد .

 

About Afghan Red Crescent Society( ARCS) جمعیت هلال احمر افغانی (سره میاشت):

Established in 1934, the Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) is an independent, humanitarian institution which has been recognized by the government of Afghanistan as an auxiliary to State agencies. ARCS play an important role in delivering disaster response services. Under the 2016 Red Crescent Law, ARCS carry out its activities in accordance with the principles of humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary services, unity and universality. Among others, ARCS have the duty to provide assistance to disaster-affected communities, supply emergency shelter, and distribute relief items to vulnerable people. Through its network of 7 regional branches and 34 provincial branches and more than 20,000 staff and trained volunteers, ARCS is amongst the few national organizations with nation-wide outreach and access. Over the past decades, ARCS has managed to uphold its neutrality and enjoys acceptance enabling its teams to carry out principled humanitarian action across the lines of conflict, including in the large portions of the territories controlled by armed opposition groups. Job Description:

 

1. Arranging all performance of Mobile Health Teams and Emergency Health activities

2. Monitor the Emergency Health activities

3. Fulfilling the daily activities which will be given by the Health Department

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Strengthening the capacity, and coordination of Mobile Health team activities
  2. Ensure the response capacity of Mobile Health Teams during any type of Disaster, outbreak, or emergency prepare a plan of action and present the draft of the action to the Operational manager
  3. Collect, compile, save, and report the activities of Mobile Health Teams to the operational manager
  4.  Assisting in better coordination with Regional Health Officers
  5. Ensure specialized skills in emergency response and health services delivery of Mobile Health Teams
  6. Stabilizing close relations with other Departments at the ARCS HQ level in terms of the development and revision of Emergency response policies, Health Cluster Coordination mechanisms and coordination meetings with the Ministry of Public Health
  7. Conduct training for newly appointed staff of Mobile Health Teams and promote of capacity of Emergency Health Officers as participation in National and International trainings.
  8. Participate in recruitment of Staff for Mobile Health Teams
  9. Expansion of coordination within ARCS HQ inter-organizational Departments e.g. Disaster Management, Organizational Development Department, Volunteer Management Department, and participation in Coordination meetings of Emergency Health relevant activities in ARCS HQ.
  10. Promote and strengthen the Standard Operational Procedures for Mobile Health Teams and prepare the action procedures for Mobile Health Teams activities.
  11. Overall, Health Status survey in the community level
  12. Monitoring and supervision of Mobile Health Team activities in their operational fields.
  13. Keep close relations and assistance with Health program coordinators, IFRC Health Department in HQ and sub delegations, and ICRC.
  14. Good and professional behavior during duty.
  15. Perform routine activities
  16. Reporting the activities to the line manager (Operational Manager) and Health Director.
  17. Respecting line of communication and management level.

Job Requirements:

Job requirement 

  1. Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MD) from an accredited academic institution.
  2. Three to Four years of relevant professional experience
  3. Fluent in spoken and written English, proficient in Farsi and Pashto.
  4. Able to travel to the field for monitoring and supervision.
