Job Description:

  • Responsible for the management of the company's financial affairs, financial analysis, cost budget management, tax management, financial planning and finance team management
  • Process Construction Audit application, daily expenses audit and external payment audit
  • Establish and improve the financial department management system, establish a scientific and systematic financial accounting system and financial monitoring system, carry out effective internal control; report financial problems and potential risks to the general manager
  • Annual WPB preparation, adjustment, and MOMP submission; Prepare annual production plan and budget together with the business department
  • Make the company's capital Operation Plan, supervise the fund management
  • Establishment of enterprise cost management system and cost management methods, the preparation of operating manual guidelines
  • Preparation of financial statements and financial budget and final accounts, providing timely and effective financial analysis for company decision-making; Make AFE Cost Analysis
  • Coordinates the relationship between the company and government departments such as banks, industry and commerce, taxation, etc. External Coordination MOMP financial data clarifications
  • Responsible for team building and staff training, the establishment of internal financial indicators, doing a good job performance management appraisal
  • Finish other work assigned by the leader
 

Job Requirements:

We are assisting in providing overall management of planning-related issues. Performs and manages budget preparation and administration, performance appraisal system implementation, and expenditure control. Prepares periodic performance reports for Management review and further processing.

  • Master’s degree in relevant field.
  • 7 years of experience in a budgeting position ideally in the oil and gas sector.
  • Pricing knowledge of the Afghan market is advantageous
  • Supervising the activities of assigned personnel, assigning work to staff, and ensuring appropriate training is provided rate of over 90%
  • Managing the proper control, monitoring, and reporting mechanism to ensure all investment is well spent and can be accounted for under the EPSC fulfillment rate 100%
  • Coordinating and managing the preparation, implementation, tracking, and adjustment related to the Company’s long-term development plan rate of over 90%
  • Periodically reviewing the WP&B not less than 100%
  • Performing auditing duties in the internal approval procedure of authorization of expenditure not less than 100%
  • Directing and managing statistics and quota management rate between 95% and 100%
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Intermediate level of MS Office.

  • Oil and Gas production knowledge

Reviewing and submitting weekly/monthly reports with not less than 100% Experience managing a team.
