Job Description:
Veer Consultancy, a leading development consulting firm in Afghanistan, is seeking skilled and experienced freelance Master Trainers to deliver high-impact training programs across various fields in Afghanistan. As a Veer Consultancy Freelance Master Trainer, you'll develop and deliver customized training programs to meet the specific needs of our clients in Afghanistan. You'll work independently and collaboratively to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Conduct a pre-training needs assessment to determine training participants' skills and knowledge level in demand-based training programs.
- Develop customized and needs-based training materials (including manuals, presentations, handouts, and learning sources) for demand-based training programs tailored to Veer’s client skills level and their organizational needs.
- Deliver and facilitate demand-based training sessions on assigned topics using highly interactive and participant-adult learning principles tailored to the specific needs of clients and organizations.
- Facilitate active participation and knowledge sharing among participants.
- Assess training effectiveness through pre-and post-training assessments and evaluations.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to Veer Consultancy and clients for continuous improvement of training programs.
- Write training completion reports and provide post-training support when required.
- Work independently and collaboratively with Veer staff and other trainers when needed.

Job Requirements:

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and intercultural skills
- Fluency in English and Dari/Pashto
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to high-quality service and participant satisfaction
