Promoting Transparency and Accountability through Community Based Monitoring (CBM) and Advocacy project aims to enhance community engagement with state actors, improve service delivery, transparency and accountability in Daikundi and Faryab provinces through, provision of Community Based Monitoring (CBM) trainings, On-Job CBM training to NCA’s partners and its Community Monitors, On-line Mentorship, Integrity Dialogue, and Online Database the project is funded by Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) and implemented & managed by the Community Development and Research Organization (CDRO).
The M&E Officer will be responsible for overall monitoring and evaluation of project activities in Faryab and Daikundi provinces in which activities are conducted. She/he will report to the Operation & Program Manager and prepare reports as requested by the Operation & Program Manager or the CDRO Managing Director.
