Position Title: Senior Specialist Strategic Planning

Support the development of short and long term strategic projects including quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Support all aspects of the Business Planning cycle from Strategy Development to Budget planning.
Manage the competitive analysis function within Corporate Strategy, research competition to identify threats and opportunities, monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes
Manage all requests for market research and partnerships
Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance, such as revenue, subscribers and usage
Construct forecasts and analytical models
Work on key strategic projects to support the various departments (e.g. HVC, POS etc.)
This position will also be involved in supporting preparation of all scheduled reporting and approvals to Board of Directors and Shareholders.
May require to do ad-hoc projects/special one off feasibility studies and research into areas that fall outside of the mandate of the divisions and could be involved on a case-by-case basis on specific cross-functional projects.
Coordinate administrative work of the strategy office such as documentation, coordination with facilities and procurement for stationary and other staff.
Bachelors or equivalent degree in sales and marketing, business management, or other related field required, advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing and Strategy. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Telecom.
Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
