Responsibilities:

Assist with government ministerial work such as securing work permit, Afghanistan Visa and TIN for national and international staff, if required.
Build and maintain relationships with key managers and decision-makers in different ministries.
Accompany the Country Director and other senior staff to meetings.
Ensure active follow-up on outstanding applications filed with various ministries, responding to queries from authorities in a timely manner.
Maintain notes, files, and records related to any legal cases involving ICS and partners in Afghanistan.
Facilitate and follow up on all meetings with government at the national level.
Prepare and share regular progress reports with internal senior management.
Carry out similar tasks assigned by the Country Director and/or other senior staff.
Do other government ministerial work as and when requested by your line manager.
