Job Description:
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:
To maintain the security system inside and outside the office prevent incidents and keep constant communication with authorities, and relevant dealing with safety and security.
To contact the government authorities and INSO regarding the security issues in case needed.
To inform systematically and on time the country security in charge about the security situation of northern region 24/7.
To supervise all security guards in Faryab and Saripul sub offices.
To coordinate all the movements with relevant departments.
Prepare the security guards duty rooster very months on standard operating procedures.
To supervise and coordinate the duty of security guards in Health facilities.
Prepare weekly security reports and submitted to country security in charge very end of the week (Thursday).
To brief all IMC northern region staff about the security matters as necessary 24/7.
To acts as an intermediate (Interpreter) during the filed mission.
To read and interpret the incidents report, map and to able to locate all security related incident in Balkh where IMC has activities in the northern region.
To be able to perform basic first aid and trauma care.
To maintain communications and prepare and maintain an emergency communications system with all staff working for IMC northern region 24/7.
To monitor staff and all vehicle movements all the time 24/7.
Any additional official tasks can be assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:
Graduated from university.
Minimum one- or two-years’ experience work as a security assistant with National or International INGOs.
Able to communicate and writing completely in English, Dari/Pashto languages.
Able to communicate with expat staff in case needed.
Preference will be given to female candidates.
