Quotation Submission Manner: The technical and financial packages must be submitted in sealed envelope as Courier / Hand delivery, with the subjected RFQ title and Ref# to International Organization for Migration (IOM) office.

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is a Related Organization of the United Nations and as the leading UN agency in the field of migration established its operations in Afghanistan in 1992. Across the country IOM works in close partnership with national and local government institutions, non-governmental agencies, community organizations, and the donor community to address pressing and complex challenges in migration management, to respond to the needs created by humanitarian emergencies in the country and to ensure improved living conditions for vulnerable communities.
IOM is requesting the qualified companies to participate in the Bidding Process by referring to the www.acbar.org website (RFQ section) to download the package of RFQ Reference: AF/10/24/0244, and submit the complete documents on or before the mentioned deadline 09 May 2024 – 02:30PM Afghanistan local time
The bids should be submitted in sealed envelopes include the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposals along with all requested annexes and other document stated in the RFQ document submission section.
A bid security, (2%) of the total bid amount must be included with the bid documents. If a bid security is not found in the bid documents, the offer will be ejected.
The bid security must be valid for a minimum of 4 months, after the closing final date of this RFQ.
The bid security shall be rejected of the following conditions:
- If the bid security to be less than 2% of the bid amount.
- If the bid security is not properly signed and stamped in the original template of the Bank.
- If the bid security is not original.
- If the bid security is not valid for minimum of 4 months after bid validity period
No Fees: IOM does not charge a fee at any stage of its tendering process or other fee and IOM does not request any information related to bank account and fee as cash.
Please note that Bids are disregarded if:
The bid does not fulfill the criteria in the request for tenders in essential points if it is incomplete or contains inadmissible restrictions.
Anybody involved in the tender procedure has influenced the selection procedure with illegal payments or by granting or promising other advantages, or if circumstances suggest that such influence has been exercised.
A bid has been received after the mentioned deadline.
