ACBAR kicked off the 2nd Twinning Program with 20 National NGOs. In coming years ACBAR and 13 Advisors (3 National NGOs and 10 INGOs) will engage with guiding and mentoring the 20 NNGOs to be eligible for humanitarian funding to serve people in need.
