Project Title: Construction of (Hybrid Modality) Protection Wall, Check Dam and Super Passage - Ghazni Province.

International Organization for Migration (IOM) office in Kabul kindly requests your quotation for the project titled Construction of (Hybrid Modality) Protection Wall, Check Dam and Super Passage, in Moshkai Sargoda, Akhundkhil, Sawai, Ottelah, Tatqool and Janda Villages, Qarabagh and Gailan Districts of Ghazni Province.

This solicitation is issued through the WAVE tendering platform. Bidders must review all instructions and attachments prior to submission.

Site Visit Requirements:

Participation of an engineer in the site visit is mandatory. For coordination of the site visit, please provide the full name and phone number of your company representative through the system messaging or by sending email to iomkabulprocurement@iom.int The representative who will be participating in the site visit must be introduced on or before 28 June 2026 at 04:00PM Kabul, Afghanistan local time.

Upon receipt of your company representative’s contact information, the site visit instructions and the contact details of the IOM field engineer will be shared for further guidance. The site visits are scheduled from 30 June 2026 to 02 July 2026. In case of any changes to the site visit dates, companies will be notified in advance.

Note:

Only companies that have participated in the site visits of all project sites are eligible to submit quotations. If any company, for any reason, does not attend the site visit, its quotation will not be accepted and will be automatically rejected at the preliminary stage of evaluation.

Special Note for Vendors Outside Afghanistan: This ITB is open to vendors who have a valid business license and are legally registered to operate in Afghanistan.
