Specifications:
-Toyota Vagon Super Custom or equalant , Model 1993-2000
- 4X4 (Helper gear ) for Rugged ,Upward, Iced road and street
- Be in very good condition outside ( body) and inside ( seating)
-Capacity of seating of 7 People at least, good and new engine able to start at any weahter& condition, equiped by scrole tools, fist aid kids, chain and other equipments that needed for trip
-Official and valid permit of veheilces ( Jawaz Sier) from Afghanistan Traffic department is must
-Active heater and cooling system
- Official and valid license for all driver is must
Terms and condition:
-This contract will be for six months & the payment will be on monthly basis at the end of each - months up satisfactory performance of driver/ Vehilce
- The contractor introduce vehilces/ driver for office
- Office have no responsiblity toward, accidents , refueling, repairing , and other teachincal problem of vehilces also third party.
-Upon any unwanted accident the contractor should provide another vehilce for relplacement with in 12 hr
- Drivers should have basic education and working background with NGos and offices
-Office has no resposiblility toward drivers salary and their attendance the contractor should provide replacement for driver in case of sickness & personal problem
- The wokring days is from Sundy to Thursday from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm but may some times exceptionally office needs one or two vehicles during weekend or beyon 5:00 pm as the contract is on monthly basis
1- Three Vehicles is needed for Herat Province one for Gulran & one for Koshk Kohna districts. The third vehicle will be use for boths districts
2- Two vehicles is needed for Badghis province Qala Now city & around Qala Now
3- Two vehicles is needed base on Ghor province, Dolina district

دفتر وار چایلد تعداد هفت عراده موتر تویتا واگون سوپرکستوم و یا معادل ان را که بین مودل های ۱۹۹۳ تا ۲۰۰۰ باشد به مدت شش ماه به کرایه میگرد.
مشخصات:
- تویتا آیس کمکدار که قابلیت رفت و امد در سرک های نا هموار و خامه و سرک های یخ زده را داشته باشد
- در حالت بسیار خوب از لحاظ ظاهری بوده رنگ و ظاهر نو داشته باشد همچنان سست های نو پاک و راحت
- بطری و سلف موتر اجست شده و نو بوده و در فصل سرما مشکل چالانی نداشته باشد
- ضرویات سفر مانند بکس کمک های اولیه ، چین، تایر ،جک و بسته مکمل وسایل موترالزامی است
- موتر باید جوازسیر معتبر داشته باشد
سیستم بخاری و سرد کن ان فعال بوده و کارکرد خوب داشته باشد
- دریوران باید لسانس دریوری معتبر داشته باشد
شرایط:
- مدت قرارداد حدودآ شش ماه بوده و پول ان در اخر هر ماه نظر به اراثه سوریس قناعت بخش به دفتر اجرا میگردد
- قرار دادی موتر ها، دریور را به دفتر وارچایلد معرفی میکند.
- دفتر وارچایلد هیچ گونه مسولیت در قبال حادثات غیر مترقبه ترافیکی نداشته در صورت بروز همچو حادثات موتر عوضی از طرف قراردادی مهیا شود
.- دفتر وارچایلد هیچ گونه مسولیت در قبال معاش دریور ، تیل ، ترمیم و دیگر مصارف موتر ندارد.
در صورتیکه دریور کدام مریضی یا مشکل میداشته باشد قراردادی مکلف است دریور عوضی به دفتر معرفی کند
- روز های کاری از یکشنبه تا پنچ شنبه بوده و ساعات کاری از ساعت۷:۳۰ تا پنچ بعد ظهر بوده ولی چون قرار داد ماهانه میباشد دفتر میتواند در مواقع استثنایی مانند ضرورت به موتر در روز های جمعه و شنبه و کار کردن بالای ساعت ۵ عصر از موتر استفاده کند.
۱- سه موتر به ولایت هرات ۱ عراده بر ولسوالی گلران ، ۱ عراده به ولسوالی کوشک کهنه و عراده سوم بین هر دو ولسوالی
۲- دو عراده موتر به ولایت بادغیس ، قلعه نو و اطراف ان
۳- دو عراده موتر به ولایت غور ولسوالی دولینه
نوت : نظر به پالسیی مالی دولت دفتر وار چایلد ۲٪ تکس از دارنده گان جواز های تجاری و ۷٪ فیصد از دارنده های جواز های شاروالی و غیره وضع میشود
