INVITATION TO BID

NCA is launching a “International Open Tender” and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s):

1. All the goods are for a humanitarian project in ICRA Project an intervention supported by UNDP
2. All goods are to be delivered DDP, to Provincial capital of the Target provinces.
3. The offered prices shall be quoted in US Dollars only.
4. selection, and award criteria:
5. Copies of tenderer’s audited financial statement for two years from the years 2019,2020 & 2021.
6. Evidence of any quality accreditation     
7. Experience in similar supplies in the past preferably one contract with the value equivalent to tenderer’s offer with I/NGOS.
8. Tenderer’s company registration certificate
9. All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below by 12-June 2022. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send then in writing (fax or email) up to 12-June 2022.
10. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders.
11. Tender documents will be available from 22-May-2022- 8:00AM and to 11-June-2022/ 03:00PM Interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority mentioned below.
