War Child UK (WCUK) in Afghanistan is eager to invite suppliers filling out the quotation form and return back to WCUK along with below required documents. The quotation option is limited to be submitted in hard copies in sealed envelopes to Kabul or Herat Offices.                

We are looking to determine a potential supplier through the competition process to purchase the items that are mentioned.

Following Conditions are strongly needed to be considered as eligible supplier by Evaluation Committee:

        1. The external package/carton of Items must have the specs like (sealed, having label that match  with specs of items, not be open box) that prove it is new.
        1. The delivery of items is supplier's responsibility up to the door of WCUK in Herat office.
        2. All Mentioned Items will be checked by our technical team in presence of your representative and after the confirmation of technical team, the items will be accepted otherwise will be rejected.
        3. Payment will happen by check through bank in three working days later after Accepting the goods.
        4. Attach a copy of valid business license.
        5. WCUK will deducted the tax according to Afghanistan Law.
        6. Submit sealed and enveloped quotation in hard copy to Herat or Kabul Offices.
        7. The quotation number should be Mentioned on the sealed envelope.
