Oxygen Supply to Nangarhar Health Facilities (HFs)
MHCO invites qualified suppliers to submit financial bids for the supply of oxygen to MHCO health facilities located in selected districts and sub-offices of Nangarhar Province, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents.
If you have any questions or require clarifications, please submit them in writing via email to procurement@mhco-af.org before 11th of March 2026 as indicated. Questions received after this deadline will not be answered. Responses to all questions will be circulated to all bidders before the close of business on 11th March 2026
