SH Consultants Ltd was set up in 2008 in response to the growing need for support agencies in development, donor community, and line departments of the Government that are responsible to implement a wide range of projects and programs. Despite funding support and efforts from donors, INGOs and the Government, development outcomes are not easy to achieve. SH Consultants Ltd specializes in providing support to implementers and donor agencies through a range of services such as Energy developing, monitoring and evaluation, Audit and Tax Advisory, SMEs developing, research, capacity building and management consulting.
Must have Master degree on HR/Public administration, PhD holders are preferred
Years of experience:
Minimum10 years’ professional experience in government/public HR processes, government/public HR recruitment.
Must be familiar with WB consultant recruitment guideline.
Good judge of character, tact, self-confidence, excellent verbal and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills; good writing skills; good sense of humor
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; knowledge of statistics and ability to communicate the meaning of the numbers in plain English; verbal skills; comprehensive understanding of how the whole organization works
Fluent in Dari, Pashto and English
