Bachelor degree in public relations, journalism or similar degree.
Diploma in design and photography is preferred.
Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in public relations and communication.
Experience in working with international organisations, and in complex environments where multitasking was essential.
Deep knowledge and experience in infographics and data visualisation.
Skilled in marketing and newsletter production and design. E.g., proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Working experience in photography and proofreading of Pashto and Dari is required.
Expertise in social media and web publishing.
Full proficiency (oral and written) in English and Pashto. Dari is an asset.
Other knowledge, additional competencies:
Confident, proactive, and dynamic.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, writing, and facilitation skills are essential as is the ability to liaise, influence, challenge efficiently, and build relationships at senior management, peer, and team level.
Strong understanding of new and traditional public relations channels.
Experience of website development and using content management systems.
