NST Tech Services is a growing Afghan IT company headquartered in Ghazni with expanding operations across kabul and nearby provinces. We deliver smart, scalable, and customized digital solutions for businesses, including software development, AI integration, web and mobile applications, and cloud-based services.

NST is looking for a motivated and outgoing Marketing & Sales Agent to drive business growth through outreach, client engagement, and sales generation in Ghazni and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will identify and pursue potential customers, promote NST’s services, close sales deals, and support brand visibility through field and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell NST’s IT services, including mobile/web app development, software solutions, ERP systems, and AI tools to businesses, NGOs, schools, and institutions.
• Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and regularly report progress.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare quotations and basic proposals tailored to client needs.
• Maintain client records and update the sales database regularly.
• Provide feedback from the market to help improve NST’s service offerings.
