Job Summary

Project Manager

Qualifications: PMP certified; 12–15 years of construction project management experience; Proficient in English; Knowledge of local languages is a plus.

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

·         Overall leadership of the construction project, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently.

·         Develop, review, and approve project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

·         Coordinate all technical and operational departments to achieve milestones on time.

·         Implement risk management strategies, identify potential delays, and develop mitigation plans.

·         Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across the site.

·         Provide regular progress reports, issue resolution, and guidance to the engineering and construction teams.
