Key Responsibilities
• Deliver 4 live training sessions per week covering SEO/SEM, social media strategy, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content creation, and CRM
• Teach graphic design using Canva and Adobe Express (logo design, social media templates, brand identity)
• Teach short-form video production (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) including scripting, filming with phone, and editing (CapCut, InShot)
• Integrate AI tools for content generation, caption writing, hashtag research, and ad copy creation
• Guide students through creating a complete marketing campaign for a real or simulated client
• Prepare students for HubSpot Digital Marketing, Meta Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads certifications
• Teach client relationship management and freelance pricing for marketing services
• Conduct weekly assessments and portfolio reviews
• Support students in building a marketing portfolio showcasing campaigns, designs, and analytics reports
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years managing social media accounts or digital marketing campaigns professionally
• Hands-on experience with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
• Proficiency in at least one design tool (Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
• Experience teaching or training others in a structured setting
• Fluency in Dari or Pashto; working English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
• HubSpot, Google Ads, or Meta certification
• Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Experience managing marketing for Afghan businesses or in the Afghan market
• Experience with e-commerce marketing (Instagram shops, WhatsApp Business)
• Female candidates are given strong preference
Technical Skills Required
