Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Civil Engineering, or
- Construction Engineering, or
- Construction Project Management
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in any Project Management Software will be an advantage
Experience
* Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in:
* Project Management / PMO
* Engineering coordination for building projects
* Project execution and stakeholder coordination
* Proven experience working on residential and commercial building projects
* Experience working with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
Skills & Competencies
* Strong project monitoring and reporting skills
* Excellent coordination and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (investors, builders, teams)
* Strong understanding of construction and engineering workflows
* Structured, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
*Strong leadership skill and ability to clearly communicate timelines , bottlenecks and solutions
Reporting Line
The position reports to senior management and works in coordination with technical, administrative, financial and operational teams.
