Key Responsibilities
• Assist Lead Trainers during lab and practical sessions (4 sessions per week)
• Provide one-on-one support to students during hands-on exercises
• Help students troubleshoot coding errors, design issues, or platform problems
• Monitor student progress during lab sessions and flag struggling learners to the trainer
• Assist with equipment setup, LMS management, and classroom logistics
• Support online students during live broadcast sessions (manage chat, answer technical questions)
• Help maintain attendance records and assessment documentation
• Participate in weekly team meetings and provide feedback on student progress
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business, or related field (completed or final year)
• Basic proficiency in at least one of: web development, digital marketing, data analysis, or e-commerce
• Comfortable helping others learn technical skills
• Fluency in Dari or Pashto; basic English proficiency
• Reliable attendance (Saturday to Tuesday, full programme duration)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience as a tutor, peer mentor, or teaching assistant
• Completion of any online certification (freeCodeCamp, Google, HubSpot, etc.)
• Previous participation in a digital skills training programme
• Female candidates are given strong preference
Technical Skills Required
• Familiarity with at least one technical area covered by the programme
• Google Workspace
• Ability to learn new tools quickly
