Main duty and Responsibilities:
• Providing health services on a community basis through FHHs, particularly to women during pregnancy, delivery, and the post-partum phase.
ارائه خدمات صحی در سطح جامعه از طریق آشیانه های صحی (FHHs)، بهویژه برای زنان در دوران حاملگی، ولادت و بعد از ولادت.
• Contributing to the provision of efficient and respectful health care to people, particularly women of childbearing age and girls.
سهمگیری در ارایه خدمات صحی مؤثر و محترمانه برای مردم، بهویژه زنان در سن باروری و دختران.
• Practicing evidence-based midwifery care by applying her knowledge and skills to meet the needs of women and their families.
ارائه خدمات قابلگی بر اساس شواهد با استفاده از دانش و مهارتهای خود بهمنظور رفع نیازهای زنان و خانوادههای آنان.
• Providing high-quality reproductive health, family planning, PSS, and breast and cervical cancer counseling to clients during their admission to FHH.
ارائه خدمات با کیفیت در زمینه صحت باروری، تنظیم خانواده، حمایتهای روانیاجتماعی (PSS)، و مشورهدهی در مورد سرطان سینه و رحم برای مراجعین هنگام مراجعه به FHH.
• Maintaining, updating, and improving professional and personal knowledge and skills to provide quality, acceptable, and accessible services to clients.
اپدیت بودن و بهبود دانش و مهارتهای مسلکی و شخصی بهمنظور ارایه خدمات با کیفیت، قابل قبول و قابل دسترس به مراجعین.
• Providing appropriate supervision and advanced care to women during pregnancy, delivery, and post-partum phases.
فراهمسازی نظارت مناسب و مراقبتهای پیشرفته برای زنان در دوران حاملگی، ولادت و بعد از ولادت.
• Conducting regular meetings with women and their family members regarding FHH activities, promoting health awareness, and collecting community feedback to improve FHH services.
برگزاری جلسات منظم با زنان و اعضای خانواده آنان در مورد فعالیتهای FHH، ترویج آگاهیهای صحی و دریافت نظریات جامعه برای بهبود خدمات آشیانه صحی.
• Providing regular and scheduled health education to community members, particularly women, on key health issues (breastfeeding, hygiene promotion, family planning, etc.).
ارائه آموزشهای منظم و زمانبندیشده صحی به اعضای جامعه، بهویژه زنان، در مورد موضوعات مهم صحی (تغذیه با شیر مادر، ترویج حفظالصحه، تنظیم خانواده و غیره).
• Performing normal and assisted deliveries to ensure quality lifesaving services are available to all.
انجام ولادتهای طبیعی و کمکی توسط خود بهمنظور اطمینان از دسترسی همه به خدمات با کیفیت و نجاتدهندهی حیات.
• Performing newborn care and services in FHH as per standard procedures.
ارائه مراقبتها و خدمات نوزادان در FHH مطابق طرزالعملهای معیاری.
• Contributing to basic emergency obstetric care management and referral services in FHH.
سهمگیری در ارایه خدمات اساسی عاجل قابلگی و خدمات راجعسازی در FHH.
• Covering the duties of the Nutrition and EPI Midwife during her absence and performing on-call duties as needed.
انجام وظایف قابله تغذی و EPI در زمان غیابت او و اجرای وظایف آنکال در صورت نیاز.
Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS) and Emergency:
- The concern is committed to CHS to ensure downward accountability. CHS standards guide Concern activities in all stages both emergency and development projects /programs. In Afghanistan, we also bounded our activities by Accountability framework and therefore any Afghanistan employees is responsible to comply with CHS principles and benchmarks as instructed by its policies and therefore make sure that all accept and implement CHS standards in all our activities.
- To give full support in relation to emergencies/ humanitarian operations when occurring in any area that Concern Afghanistan will respond. This can include but is not limited to participation in the Concern Afghanistan Rapid Deployment Unit (CARDU) and deployment on emergency response teams.
