Job Summary

  • Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment support, personnel filing, attendance tracking, leave management, staff communication, onboarding support, contract preparation, and HR data management.
  • Assist with vacancy announcements, CV screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
  • Maintain updated staff records, HR databases, leave trackers, attendance systems, and personnel files.
  • Support preparation of payroll-related documentation, staff timesheets, and HR reports.
  • Assist in organizing staff trainings, orientations, workshops, and safeguarding sessions.
  • Coordinate with finance and administration departments on staff documentation and operational support requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure management of staff records and HR documentation.
  • Support implementation of organizational HR policies, code of conduct standards, and compliance procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR or administrative experience.
  • Good understanding of HR procedures and staff documentation systems.
  • Strong communication, filing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent
