Transport Coordinator

Invest Master was Established in 2011 in Afghanistan and has been principal Company in the field of Construction,Logistics and Transportation Services in all Provinces of Afghanistan.

 Transport Coordinator-The Transport Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the company "s daily transportation operations,including communication with the drivers and NGO Cliendts,Vehilces assignment,moritoring transportation services,resloving opertional issues,maintaining records and logbooks,supporting invoice perpraration and coordination driver payments.The positoin will ensure tha ttransportationservices are delivered effciently and according to client requirements and contractual obilgations.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor "s degree in business adminstration,logisitcs,managment ora related field.
• minimum 2 years of relevenat experience in transportation,fleet managment,logistics or a simillar position.
• Experience working with NGO clients is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of vehicles rental operation and driveer coordination.
• Strong communication,coordination and problem -solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage muliple tasks.
• Ability to travel to any provinces require.
• Good computer skills,especially Microsoft word and Excel.
• Fluency in Dari  and Pushto,good English Communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurat records and prepare basic reports.
• Honest,responsible,organized and able to work independently.
