Graphic Designer & Motion Graphic Artist

Ghyasi Group of Companies is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer & Motion Graphic Artist. This is a full-time position based in our Kabul office. The selected candidate will be responsible for all graphic design work, motion graphics and animations, photography, and the day-to-day management of the company's social media platforms. We are looking for someone who is passionate about design, has a strong visual eye, and is eager to grow professionally within a well-established organization.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Design company materials such as ID cards, banners, brochures, business cards, letterheads, and company profiles

●      Create motion graphic animations including logo animations, animated social media posts, and intro/outro sequences

●      Produce short animated content and visual effects to support the company's marketing and promotional campaigns

●      Take photos/videos for company events, staff, facilities, and other organizational needs

●      Edit and retouch photos for use on social media, print, and official documents

●      Manage and regularly update Ghyasi Group's official Facebook and Instagram accounts

●      Run basic paid promotion and boosting campaigns on social media platforms

●      Carry out any other design or media tasks assigned by management

Education

●      Diploma, certificate, or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media, IT, or a related field

●      Candidates without a formal degree but with strong practical skills and a good portfolio are also encouraged to apply

Experience

●      Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design and/or motion graphics

Technical Skills

●      Adobe Photoshop — intermediate to advanced level

●      Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW — intermediate level

●      Adobe After Effects — for motion graphics and animations

●      Adobe Premiere Pro or similar — basic video editing

●      Basic photography skills using a DSLR, mirrorless, or mobile camera

●      Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram content creation and basic boosting

●      Knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus

Language Skills

●      Must be able to write and communicate professionally in both English and Dari

●      Strong written language skills are required for content creation, captions, and social media posts

Personal Qualities

●      Creative thinker with the ability to develop original concepts and ideas independently

●      Strong visual eye and attention to detail

●      Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at the same time

●      Punctual, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines
