Call for Application

Citizens Organization for Advocacy and Resilience (COAR) invites CBOs/CSOs and women led NGOs working for the needs of women and girls in their communities in Eastern, Northern and Central Regions in Afghanistan to apply for small grants under this Call for Proposals for the support of community-based organizations (CBOs) in implementing small-scale, community-driven initiatives while strengthening their organizational and financial management capacities.
