Katawazai Group invites qualified organizations, international NGOs, UN agencies, embassies, financial institutions, educational institutions, and reputable private companies to submit proposals for the long-term lease of a premium commercial office building located in Kabul, Afghanistan.

The property is a modern six-storey commercial building offering spacious office areas, high-quality construction, and a professional working environment suitable for corporate headquarters, diplomatic missions, development organizations, and other institutional users. The building provides ample space for office operations and can accommodate a wide range of commercial and administrative requirements.
