Title: Request for Proposals: Redesign and Development of ASLO's Official Website

RFP No: RFP-ASLO-Website-2026-003

ASLO invites qualified and legally registered web-development firms to submit separate technical and financial proposals for the redesign, development, multilingual content migration, deployment, training, warranty, and maintenance of www.aslo.org.af . The new website will present ASLO's Strategic Plan 2026-2030, updated Organizational Profile, sectors, geographic presence, projects, results, publications, opportunities, photographs, videos, and partners.

The website must support English, Dari, and Pashto; responsive/mobile-first design; structured project and resource databases; interactive geographic presentation; accessible and secure forms; WCAG 2.2 Level AA; OWASP-aligned security; SEO; performance optimization; role-based CMS administration; source-code and credential handover; staff training; and a minimum 12-month defect warranty, any changes or correction required during the warrenty date the responsibality will be the contractor ASLO will not pay any extra amount for the correction or any changes which requested.

Interested bidders must obtain and follow the complete RFP/TOR. Proposals must include company registration, tax documents, relevant portfolio and references, methodology, workplan, team CVs, technology/security approach, warranty/support plan, and a separate fixed-price financial proposal and technical proposal.

ASLO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and is not bound to award the contract to the lowest-priced bidder. Award will be based on the highest combined technical and financial score, subject to due diligence and procurement approval.
