Request for Quotation (RFQ) Supply, Delivery and Distribution of Sub-Grant Kits - 4 Categories

YVO invites eligible and qualified companies to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of livelihood sub-grant kits for its CdB-FEM19 project participants in designated locations in Nangarhar Province. The procurement covers multiple categories of kits, organized into separate lots as detailed in the Technical Specifications and Financial Quotation Annex (B). Bidders may submit an offer for one, several, or all lots, subject to their capacity to meet the requirements of this RFQ. YVO intends to conduct this procurement through a transparent and competitive process.
