Request for RFQ - Fuel Provision and Delivery to Tdh offices ( Kabul and Nangarhar)

• Hard copy of the original sealed quotation must be submitted to the TDH Kabul Office only.
• Each interested company must submit its quotation on the company's official letterhead; otherwise, the offer will be rejected during the administrative evaluation.
• Submission deadline: On or before 13-SEP-2026, 03:00 PM.
• The submission location, date, and time are specified in the attached RFQ document (AFG_KBL_RFQ_068_2026 – Fuel Provision and Delivery).
• Address: Taimani Watt, Street 8, Opposite Haji Ghulam Farooq Mosque, House No. 80, PD 4, Kabul.
• Each interested company must attach all supporting documents, including:
  • Company Profile
  • Valid Business License
  • NID/TIN Certificate
  • Bank Account ( business / Coorporate )
  • Previous Contracts or Purchase Orders
  • Reference List demonstrating a minimum of 3 years of experience in fuel supply and delivery services.

Only technically and administratively compliant offers will be considered for financial evaluation.
