MOVE Welfare Organization (MOVE) is a national, non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit organization operating under License No. 45 issued by the Ministry of Economy. Since 2005, MOVE has been implementing health projects in various provinces of Afghanistan in coordination with the Ministry of Public Health.

To meet the needs of the FHH under the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) project implemented by MOVE, the organization intends to procure the required medical equipment, medical supplies, logistical items, and consumables.

MOVE hereby invites all eligible companies and bidders holding valid licenses from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and the Ministry of Public Health to submit their quotations in accordance with the bidding documents from the date of publication of this announcement until Sunday, 25 October 2026.

Bidders are required to register and submit their quotations through MOVE’s online procurement system using the following links. In addition, hard copies of the relevant documents must be submitted to the MOVE Central Office.

Terms and Conditions of Bidding

  • The bidding company must hold a valid license issued by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and must also be registered with the Ministry of Public Health.
  • The bidding company must not be included on the sanctions or blacklist of the United Nations or other donors.
  • All equipment and supplies must be provided and delivered strictly in accordance with the attached list and specifications.
  • In accordance with Article 72 of the Income Tax Law of the Ministry of Finance, 2% tax will be deducted from the total contract amount and remitted to the Ministry of Finance under the taxpayer identification number (TIN).

  • Copy of the national ID card or identification document of the company’s representative
  • Official authorization letter for the company’s representative
  • Copy of the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) certificate
