RFQ FOR Winterization Supply In PH, HFs and Sub-Office of Kapisa Province

Project Description:
OCED as implementer of the Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and the Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS) across 47 health facilities in Kapisa Province, including one provincial hospital, two district hospitals, seven comprehensive health centers (CHCs), seventeen basic health centers (BHCs), eighteen sub-health centers (SHCs), one prison health center (PHC).
This RFQ is developed and announced to facilitate the procurement of winterization supplies (Diesel Fuel and Gas) for 46 HFs (BPHS), 1 PH, and Sub office of Kapisa province through a fair/Competitive procurement Process under the Procurement law of the Government of Afghanistan and the procurement policy of OCED
