Cash Distribution Services for 674 Households in Kama District, Nangarhar Province

YVO invites eligible banks, licensed Money Service Providers (MSPs), authorized Sarafi service providers and other legally authorized financial service providers to submit competitive quotations for 3 round physical cash distribution to 674 vulnerable households in Kama District, Nangarhar Province.

The selected provider shall ensure safe, timely, transparent and accountable distribution, maintain complete payment records, reconcile all funds and comply with applicable Afghan laws, Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) requirements, the signed contract, and relevant YVO and donor requirements including the distribution arrangements and plans.

The selected service provider is expected to maintain accurate distribution records, verify beneficiaries in accordance with YVO-approved procedures, provide appropriate documentation for each transaction, and submit the required supporting documents and reports to YVO after each distribution round.
