Last Deadline for submission of quotation through the system is: 03 November 2026.

Clarifications/ Questions on Bid Documents:

The final deadline for submitting requests for clarification regarding the tender documents or any project-related issues is 01 November 2026. All questions and requests for clarification must be submitted through the WAVE messaging system or iomkabulprocurement@iom.int. Clarification requests submitted through any other communication channel will not be considered.

Project Pre bid Meeting and Site Visit:

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the IOM Transit Center, PD # 5, Rahmat Mina, Kandahar Boldak Road, Kandahar Province, on 28 October 2026 at 10:00 AM, during which IOM engineers will explain all project details.

For coordination of the pre-bid meeting and site visit, companies must send an email to iomkabulprocurement@iom.int or use the WAVE messaging system to provide the details of their technical representative (full name, contact number, and Tazkira number) immediately upon receipt of this solicitation document.

A mandatory site visit will also be conducted jointly by IOM engineers and the technical representatives of participating companies on 28 October 2026 at 02:00 PM at the IOM Transit Center, PD # 5, Rahmat Mina, Kandahar Boldak Road, Kandahar Province.

Note: The deadline for expressing interest in attending the pre bid meeting and the site visit is 26 October 2026 at 05:00 PM (Afghanistan local time). Companies that fail to express their interest by the specified deadline will not be eligible to participate in the site visit and, consequently, will not be permitted to submit a quotation.

Furthermore, any company that, for any reason, fails to attend both the mandatory pre-bid meeting and the mandatory site visit will have its quotation disqualified and automatically rejected during the preliminary stage of the evaluation process.

Note: Companies may express their interest in attending the pre-bid meeting and project site visit until 26 October 2026. After this date, no additional company representatives will be added to the participants' list. Therefore, companies are encouraged to introduce their interest within the specified deadline by sending email to iomkabulprocurement@iom.int or use the WAVE messaging system.
