FMIC | Request for Information (RFI) – Enterprise PACS with RIS

The French Medical Institute for Mothers and Children (FMIC), invites Expressions of Interest (EoI) from qualified suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized solution providers for an Enterprise Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) integrated with a Radiology Information System (RIS).

The proposed solution should support enterprise-wide medical imaging, diagnostic image viewing and reporting, radiology workflow management, tele-radiology, integration with existing hospital information systems and imaging modalities, secure access, data migration, long-term image archiving, backup and disaster recovery, system implementation, training, and ongoing technical support. The solution should be scalable and support imaging services across multiple clinical specialties.

Interested suppliers are invited to review the attached Public Specification Summary to assess their suitability and interest.
