External Audit Services – Financial Year 2026

Organization: Concern Worldwide Afghanistan

Concern Worldwide Afghanistan invites qualified and independent audit firms to submit proposals to conduct the external audit of the organization's financial statements for the financial year 2026.

Interested audit firms must demonstrate relevant experience in auditing international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), preferably those operating in Afghanistan, and possess the required professional qualifications and relevant expertise to undertake the assignment in accordance with applicable auditing standards.

Interested firms are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals, along with relevant company registration documents, professional credentials, and evidence of similar assignments undertaken.

Proposal Submission Deadline: Deadline for Submission of Proposals: 29 October 2026, at 4:00 p.m. (Afghanistan local time).

Interested firms should submit their proposals and supporting documents in accordance with the submission instructions provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP).

Concern Worldwide Afghanistan reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal in accordance with its procurement procedures.
