Bidders are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes.
Proposals will be evaluated based on the cumulative analysis methodology (weighted scoring method),
where the award of the contract will be made to the proposer whose offer has been evaluated and
determined as the highest combination of technical and financial marks.
