• Review generator specifications
• Check equipment compatibility
• Review factory test reports
• Identify technically unsuitable/low-quality equipment
• Negotiate technical specifications with manufacturers
• Support commercial negotiations with technical justification

the condidate should have strong knowladge of :

• 48V DC telecom power systems
• Telecom rectifiers and DC power systems
• Solar PV systems for telecom sites
• MPPT controllers and solar charging systems
• Lithium-ion / LiFePO₄ battery systems
• Battery BMS, SOC, SOH and charging parameters
• Diesel generators and hybrid power systems
• Solar + Battery + DG integration
• DC distribution systems
• LVBD, LVLD, breakers, fuses, shunts and SPDs
• Cable sizing and voltage-drop calculations
• Earthing and lightning protection
• DC load and energy calculations
• Battery backup/autonomy calculations
• Solar array sizing
• Rectifier and MPPT capacity calculations
• Power-system efficiency and energy-loss analysis
• Telecom BTS power requirements
• Remote monitoring and alarm systems
• Electrical drawings, SLDs and BOMs

Skills and Requirements:

Fluency in Dari and Pashto.

strong knowladge of English (considered a plus).

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in hybrid solar power systems and for telecom power systems. 

fleixible for working in kabul or provinces , and site vists for installations and maintainance.
