ACBAR, in coordination with the Afghanistan Revenue Department (ARD), convened an orientation session for NGO representatives on the revised Tax Exemption Procedure.

The session provided participants with guidance on application requirements, key documentation, procedural steps, recent reforms, and implementation considerations, while also offering an opportunity for direct engagement and clarification with ARD officials.

ACBAR extends its appreciation to the Afghanistan Revenue Department for their collaboration and to all participating NGOs for their active engagement. Strengthening understanding of regulatory processes remains an important part of enabling NGOs to effectively deliver humanitarian and development assistance across Afghanistan.
