This Notification of Intention to Award (Notification) notifies you of our decision to award the above contract. The transmission of this Notification begins the Standstill Period.

During the Standstill Period you may:

a) request a debriefing in relation to the evaluation of your Bid, and/or

b) submit a Procurement-related Complaint in relation to the decision to award the contract.

The successful Bidder Name: Rahmanzai Trading, Logistic, Construction, Agriculture & Livestock Company.

price: 1,560,000 AFN (One Million, Five Hundred Sixty Thousand AFN Only)

If you require clarification regarding the outcome of this procurement process or wish to submit a formal complaint, you may do so within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of receipt of this notification. Requests for clarification or complaints must be submitted in writing to complaints@awec.info, logistic@awec.info, and procurement@awec.info in accordance with AWEC's Procurement Complaint Handling Procedure. Correspondence received after the stipulated deadline will not be considered.

Please note the following: Suppliers who submitted a Bid Security/Bank Guarantee are kindly requested to collect their Bank Guarantee Release Letter from the AWEC Logistics Department during official working hours (8:00:AM-4:00:PM, Sunday-Thursday).

● Suppliers who submitted samples may also collect them from the AWEC office during official working hours.
