Afghan Paramount Welfare and Development Organization (APWDO) is an Afghan-led, non-profit, non-governmental national organization established in 2008 and registered with the Ministry of Economy (MoEc) in 2010.

APWDO is seeking proposal for Tender Reference # APWDO-SCI-20665-T052026: Repairing/Construction of Water Reservoirs, Latrines, Septic Tank, and Extension of Boundary Wall for Balkh, under the BMZ-SCI Project (Partial Repairing, Provision and Supply of Desks and Chairs, Latrine Repairing, School Gates and Rooms Painting, and Boundary Wall Extension for 15 schools in Balkh Province).

5. Deadline for submission of tenders (bid opening): August 23, 2026, 11:00 AM
