Afghan Paramount Welfare and Development Organization (APWDO) is an Afghan-led, non-profit, non-governmental national organization established in 2008 and registered with the Ministry of Economy (MoEc) in 2010.

APWDO is seeking proposal for Tender Reference # APWDO-SCI-20665-T052026: Repairing/Construction of Water Reservoirs, Latrines, Septic Tank, and Extension of Boundary Wall for Balkh, under the AECID-SCI Project (Partial Repairing, Provision and Supply of Desks and Chairs, Latrine Repairing, School Gates and Rooms Painting, and Boundary Wall Extension for 7 schools in Balkh Province).

5. Deadline for submission of tenders (bid opening): August 23, 2026, 11:00 AM
