INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION (School Materials)

The Aga Khan Foundation – Afghanistan (AKF-A) invites applications for the Pre-Qualification for the Supply of school materials (stationery, school bags and water bottles) to Kabul city, under Reference No. 0024–2026.

Required Documents for Initial Submission

Interested applicants are kindly requested to submit the following documents via email:

· A copy of a valid business license.

· An application letter.

· A copy of the National ID (Tazkira) of the company owner(s) or authorized representative(s).

These documents will help AKF-A determine the list of eligible applicants and share the full Pre-Qualification Document accordingly.

Note: Pre-Qualification documents are provided free of charge.
Companies must email the required documents to the above address. After receiving and verifying them, AKF-A will share the complete Pre-Qualification Document electronically with eligible applicants.
