RFP-ASLO-MIS/ERP-2026-002-Organization-Wide Management Information System (MIS/ERP)

The Afghanistan Social and Legal Organization (ASLO) is a national, non-governmental, non-political and non-profit organization established in 2013 and registered with the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan under Registration No. 2852.

ASLO implements humanitarian and development programmes across Afghanistan and manages multi-sectoral projects funded by UN agencies, international donors and development partners.

To strengthen organizational efficiency, accountability, transparency, internal control, evidence-based decision-making and digital transformation, ASLO intends to procure and implement a comprehensive, secure, scalable and integrated Management Information System / Enterprise Resource Planning System (MIS/ERP).

The system shall connect ASLO's headquarters, departments, technical units, programmes, projects, provincial/sub-offices and field operations through a centralized platform and database.

The assignment shall include:
