This Notification of Intention to Award (Notification) notifies you of our decision to award the above contract. The transmission of this Notification begins the Standstill Period.

During the Standstill Period you may:

a) request a debriefing in relation to the evaluation of your Bid, and/or

b) submit a Procurement-related Complaint in relation to the decision to award the contract.

If you require clarification regarding the outcome of this procurement process or wish to submit a formal complaint, you may do so until 1 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. Requests for clarification or complaints must be submitted in writing to Akhsa.npocomplaint@akdn.org in accordance with AKHS, A Procurement Complaint Handling Procedure. Correspondence received after the stipulated deadline will not be considered.
