Job Description:

Develop Training Materials: Develop comprehensive training materials and modules for computer software applications and hardware fundamentals.

Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate interactive training sessions to educate participants on various computer software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.

Hands-on Practice: Provide hands-on practice and demonstrations to ensure participants gain practical experience in utilizing computer software applications and understanding hardware components.

Customize Training Programs: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants, ensuring maximum learning outcomes.

Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate participants' progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.

Technical Support: Offer technical support and assistance to participants to troubleshoot software and hardware-related issues during training sessions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and training materials.

Stay Updated: Stay abreast of latest trends and developments in computer software applications and hardware technology to continually enhance training programs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Computer Software Application Trainer and/or Hardware Application Trainer.
- In-depth knowledge of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to tailor training programs to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing training materials and modules.
- Certification in relevant software applications and hardware components is an advantage.
