Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred) in the field of Mining Engineering, Geology or combination of technical expertise, project management skills and leadership.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the mining industry, with a strong background in project management.

• In-depth knowledge of mining operations, including exploration, extraction, processing, and reclamation.
• Familiarity with relevant mining regulations, environmental standards, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Professional certifications in project management or mining-related disciplines are desirable.
• Must have good organizational and planning skill.

• Planning, prioritizing, and problem-solving.
• Should be willing to travel to provinces.

Language: Excellent language proficiency in spoken and written Dari, Pashto and English.
