MBT is an Afghan Mobile value-added services and Telecom solutions provider to MNOs, licensed by the government of Afghanistan to work in terms of providing VAS, Digital, and software development services.
Job Description:
- Do research on the current market of VAS/DIGITAL and Core Network services in Afghanistan
- Look for new partners to develop new services for the Afghanistan market
- Propose the services to operators and do the needful follow-up to get the project from the operators
- Prepare, Edit, and revise the proposals based on the operator’s needs
- working for services promotions
- Assist in implementing important policy, planning, and strategy
- Schedule and assist in outside meetings
- Work with the board of directors to determine missions, and plan for short and long-term goals.
- Provide ATRA Static reports, and do any task from their side
- Search for new alliances and partnerships with other organizations and companies, and new project
- Training new employee
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
- Use financial techniques to improve company revenue
- Monitor partners to ensure that company goals are being met
- Track all business-related invoices
- Train sales professionals and help improve their skills
- Perform any task assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or any other relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in management and operation with Afghanistan telecommunications
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Fluency in Dari/Pashto and English languages is a must including proofreading and Editing.
Core Competencies:
- A high level of spoken and written proficiency in English, Pashto, and Dari is a must
- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and projects.
- Ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and consistently with team members, clients, and partners
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong teamwork ethics, managerial and collaborative skills
